Every Neighbourhood is like its own unique housing economy and there are many factors that go into determining your homes's value

Market reports that you come across on-line or see on the news only give you a snapshot of what’s happening in the Real Estate market and they typically report on Sales activity across the province and the rest of Canada.


All these general reports always mention "Averages" but they don’t tell you what you really need to know. What is happening in my actual neighbourhood and what is my home really worth at this particular time on the market ? House and Condo values in Toronto and the surrounding markets are always moving and your homes value could change on a quarterly, monthly and often on a weekly basis.


You may have a rough idea of what your home is worth, but when it comes time to actually sell and figure out the correct value of your property, there are many factors in arriving at the most accurate and realistic value for your home. Even if you know some of the latest selling prices on some of the homes around you, it still may not tell you the whole picture.


We don't believe in having you fill out a form on our website and asking you some basic questions about your home so we can give you a ballpark estimate. Every home is unique and deserves to be valued properly.
